1. What AI Shorts Factory is

AI Shorts Factory ("the software") is personal automation software operated by a single individual (the "operator") to produce YouTube Shorts and schedule them to the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not a public service and is not a software-as-a-service product. It is not offered to, licensed to, or intended for use by anyone other than the operator, and it has no sign-up or customer accounts.

2. Use of the software

The software is used by the operator, on the operator's own equipment and server environment, with the operator's own YouTube channel. Any Google or YouTube permissions the software holds were granted by the operator for that channel only.

3. YouTube and Google policies

The software uses YouTube API Services. Its operation is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. The operator is responsible for ensuring that content uploaded through the software complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law.

4. Changes and availability

The software's features, behaviour, and the way it is operated may change at any time without notice. It may be paused, taken offline, or discontinued at any time. No availability, uptime, or continued operation is guaranteed. This website may likewise be updated or removed at any time.

5. No warranty

The software and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because the software is not offered to third parties, no one other than the operator acquires any right to use it or any claim arising from it.
